Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital sheet music downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases – If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, contact us with your order details.
• Corrupt or incomplete files – If the file is not working or is missing pages, we will provide a corrected version or a replacement.
• Incorrect file received – If you received the wrong sheet music, let us know, and we will send the correct one.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots (if applicable)
